The New Facility

July 14 all horses and equipment moved into our new facility.

There could be 11 stalls plus the tack room, wash rack and small lounge, but we have it configured for 8-9 stalls plus bulk shavings storage and a feed room plus... detached arena, lake with gazebo, 3 paddocks and a large open field.

Everyone is much more relaxed. Yoda on left above with shavings in his mane. They actually roll and lie down now that they have bedding under them!  Of course, lots of good hay helps. Windows and daylight in every stall goes a long way to lightening the mood of horses and humans alike.

The gazebo and lake... tons of frogs and several regular Mallard duck visitors.  Go figure... Yoda loves the ducks and is total mesmerized watching them out his window.
